Service Offerings
Each service represents a careful approach to addressing specific horological needs
Return HomeOur Methodology
Each repair or restoration begins with careful assessment of the timepiece's current condition and the owner's objectives. We discuss what can realistically be achieved, the methods required, and the timeline for completion. Work proceeds methodically, with attention to preserving original character where possible and using appropriate techniques for restoration where necessary.
Assessment
Thorough evaluation of the watch's condition, identification of issues, and documentation of current state.
Consultation
Discussion of findings, recommended approach, realistic expectations, and cost estimate.
Execution
Careful work following established practices, with quality checks at each stage of the process.

Mineral Crystal Polishing
Restoration of a scratched mineral-glass crystal to a clear, legible condition using progressive polishing compounds. Unlike sapphire, mineral glass responds well to careful polishing, and many surface-level scratches can be significantly reduced or removed entirely.
What's Included
- Initial assessment of scratch depth and feasibility
- Progressive compound polishing
- Careful edge work to maintain proper fit
- Final clarity inspection
Important Notes
Limitations: Deep chips or cracks require replacement rather than polishing. We assess each crystal before beginning work to determine if polishing is appropriate.
Best suited for: Watches with mineral crystals that have accumulated surface wear marks over time but remain structurally sound.
